Brazilian press revealed yesterday the all new 2010 Volkswagen Saveiro.
The 2010 model is all new from the ground up based heavily on the Gol/Voyage platform which itself is based around the fourth (PQ24) and fifth (PQ25) generation Polo platform.
New Saveiro this time takes on a Spacecab bodystyle to target the South American market competitors Chevrolet Montana and FIAT Strada.
Saveiro will be available in three specifications Saveiro 1.6 Saveiro Trend and top of the line Saveiro Trooper.
The engine is from Volkswagen Brazil and uses TotalFlex technology so the buyer can fuel their vehicle with any mixture of Ethanol or Petrol (Gasoline); the 1.6 VHT produces 101hp(petrol)-104hp(ethanol).
