Amarok Atacama special edition Debuts at IAA Nutzfahrzeuge 2014 in Hannover

Successfully on the market for four years, the Volkswagen Amarok already boasts a number of interesting special editions in the most varied of designs.

Based on the Amarok Trendline, the attractive Atacama special edition is now being unveiled for the first time at the IAA. While the interior has many of the features of the Amarok Highline, coloured stitching is used on the steering wheel, gear lever and handbrake.

New interior fabric also adds to the stand-alone character of the attractively priced special edition. From the outside the Amarok Atacama can be identified by lettering with designer stripes and new 17" Albany wheels. In addition, bi-xenon headlights light up the road in ideal fashion.

Aside from the special editions, the Amarok range is also extended by the option of automatic transmission on the Single Cab, with or without all-wheel drive.
