SAIC Volkswagen Tiguan X is set to join the growing Coupe SUV market in China, following FAW Volkswagen with the Tayron X this new A-SUV coupe is set to target more Chinese buyers.
The Length 4,764mm, Width, 1,859mm, Height 1,628mm and wheelbase of 2,791mm, point to a Tiguan Allspace sized coupe SUV that sits below the SAIC VW Teramont X (Atlas Cross Sport).
Powering Tiguan X will be the ever faithful EA888 2.0T with either 220hp / 162kW or 186hp / 137kW through a DSG transmission with 4Motion all wheel drive.
Is it coming to Europe, Stateside or Australia? one can only hope!
